The Name

Fatootsed & Fachatted, a term coined by Stacy London (fashion icon and all of my grown woman 

goals), the moment those words escaped her lips I thought "Yes, that's it! That is exactly how I feel 

right now".

Basically it means that you're over something, you're Fatootsed & Fachatted with it.

For me it was exactly the over-the-top exasperated exclamation I needed upon finishing my first year 

of college. These two words sum up exactly where I am at with my social and love lives, over it.

These words gave me a way to stop giving power to things I didn't need to.

I am over being embarrassed about silly things that no one cares about, I am over being concerned 

about whether or not people like me. I am over my lack of certitude, and wondering when my life 

will fall into place.
